Q. How long will I have to wait for my goods once I have placed my order?
A. If the goods are in stock the order will leave, at the latest, within 48 hours and take 3-5 working days. Orders for out of stock items can take up to 28 days. Next day delivery can be requested for an additional £2.00.
Q. Can I return my goods if they are unsuitable?
A. Yes. Use the packaging that they were despatched in, and enclose the completed returns form which can be found on the back of your invoice.
Q. Do you supply return labels?
A. No.
Q. Do I pay for the returns?
A. Yes. It is advisable to ask the post office to give you proof of posting in case the parcel is lost in transit. If you wish to exchange the goods then Kanopy will pay for your exchange goods to be sent out to you.
