The bread is better outside the capital. Also, ignore the comment below me, I don't think he has seen a lot of good documentaries. This is a documentary that trusts the intelligence of its audience, and it is very successful at achieving its purpose.

Incredible footage across decades of the Ceaucescu regime. Fascintaing to watch as historic evidence. As a documentary, however, it fails to offer any narrative.
