Incredible that this was made in 1979 but is still relevant today... unnerving really... I like the way the entire dialogue is done by vocal sound artist

The subject is serious and timely, with countless children around the world being born and raised in refugee camps. The short film itself is funny and charming, with an innovative audio track! At the end, the film makes clear that wealth doesn't breed generosity, quite the contrary.
