There is so much that this brings to light to the masses. One should be aware that these are NON-GMO. It has been thought that the reason we syffer from many gluten issues are because the GMO seeds produce more than 90% of what we consume (probably more). These GMO strains are crossed out to grasses. The grasses then contribute to the high gluten believed to be 100x the gluten as normal. Buy and use these non GMO strains.
