I would stand behind the ostentatious claim that, for better or worse, 'Spring Breakers' might be the definitive film of the 2010s. It's no surprise the mainstream debut of a director so darkly absurd and perverse as Harmony Korine would expertly capture the hemorrhaging of Western culture. ...Read more
