Entertaining and useful. I looked at some of my food labels and was inspired to remove a few things with a high relative sugar content, that I didn't even care much about but simply had not thought about.

I really liked this movie. But I would also recommend learning about other points of view such as in Sugar vs Fat (how a diet low in carbohydrates can result in significant muscular mass loss and possibly diabetes..)
